Yes, this is all personalised 1v1, with bonus community features, like group coaching calls.
Exercise is optional in the program, but it will speed up and increase results.
We give you sample meal plan for inspiration, but this is nutritional coaching, we teach you how to eat the foods you love and lose weight, not teach you how to eat a meal plan and lose weight.
HOW MUCH TIME DOES THE PROGRAM TAKE?
It depends on the individual, if you have a busier life e.g. 5 kids and a full time job, our strategy is different to that of a Mum with teenagers, for example. 5 minutes a day is the minimum you will need to do it correctly.
DO I HAVE TO COOK SEPERATE MEALS FOR ME AND MY FAMILY?
We give you a 100 page family-friendly recipe pack to get started, then 25 new recipes every single month!
